Scope of works is site development of 12 house units complete with all services to IW standards and construction of footpaths and roadways to underside of blacktop. Installation of ESB Service Ducts, Virgin media ducts and Public lighting ducting and light pots. Site clearance to formation level. Excavation and pouring of foundations and pipework etc. within concrete floor slab. Pouring of finished floors with insulation etc. to BER A rated homes. Boundary fences installed and soiling to green areas.
